Liz Dryer - Darlene Joyce - Judy Clough - Jessica Diaz

 


Liz Dryer, Legal Assistant to Attorney Jude Thaddeus A. Powers and Notary Public, has been in the legal field since 1997. Liz has proven to be an invaluable asset to the law firm. Liz assists in the handling of all Attorney Powers’ Family Law cases. Some of her numerous responsibilities include preparation of court documents and client declarations for filing with the court, preparing the Court Docket for the attorney and confirming the Court Calendar on a daily basis. Liz is also proficient in preparing Guardianship documents and Indian Child Welfare Act documents.

  
Judy Clough, Legal Assistant to Attorney Danica L. Hanich and Notary Public, has been in the legal field since 1991. Judy has also proven to be an invaluable asset to the law firm. Judy assists in the handling of all Attorney Hanich’s Family Law cases. Judy is responsible for preparing court documents and client declarations for filing with the court, confirming the attorney calendar, opening client files, and preparing and updating the client list. Judy is also responsible for the firms computer network and website.
  
Jessica Diaz, Legal Assistant with Powers and Hanich, has been in the legal field since 2000. Jessica is the most recent asset to the law firm, joining us in September of 2007. Jessica assists in the handling of both Attorney Powers and Attorney Hanich’s Family Law cases. Jessica prepares court documents, client declarations, and is also responsible for the filing of all documents with the Courthouse.  

 

Darlene Joyce is the Account Manager and has been with the firm for four years. Darlene is responsible for client billing, along with the firms general accounting procedures. She also acts as our Receptionist, arranging appointments and assisting clients in general.
